One thing I’ve learned over the years is that if you want to make a fool proof chunk of meat, it’s easier than you think!

All you have to do is season it with garlic and onions, salt and pepper, brown the meat in this cast iron dutch oven, pop the lid on, and stick it in the oven at 375 until it’s done.

(Done, of course, depends on the type of meat and how big it is. Use a meat thermometer to determine “done” ness.)
