T&S Group is a group of companies that started with Shinano System Engineering INC, established in 1985, merged with TECJAPAN CO., LTD, established in 1996, and was born in 2016, with T&S inc. as its core operating company. We are deeply grateful to our shareholders, business partners, and other stakeholders for their support, which has enabled us to overcome many hardships and continue to grow together with our more than 300 employees.
We have been striving to fulfill our corporate social responsibility by expanding our cutting-edge AI business based on software development and IT services that entrust our clients with peace of mind and trust, and by achieving continuous business growth. In particular, the semiconductor industry in Japan is undergoing a remarkable revival, and demand for the fields in which we specialize is growing rapidly. We aim to become a company that contributes to an affluent society with technologies based on our accumulated experience and new advanced software technologies at the core.
While the importance of ESG management is being called for, we are committed to the role we play in protecting the planet we live on, and are committed to building an IT infrastructure that supports our daily lives and leads to the next generation, including semiconductors, heavy electric machinery, and social infrastructure.
