Try to always put yourself in the customers' position. I know when I am starving and I go out to eat the last thing I want to do is have my meal in front of me smelling delicious and I have to wait for silverware to be rolled for my large party and myself. That could make or break my return to that restaurant. Something so small could make the decision for me on returning. It's the small things that matter the most when you're spending your hard earned money. I like the fact I seen the manager helping, encouraging, and providing her staff with her availability to their questions/concerns that they needed during such a busy time. That goes a long way with your employees to know you have that support. Keep up the good job Florin Rd store #0649.Always remember these things. You never know who is in your restaurant, you always have room for improvement and no matter the situation keep smiling. You got this!!! BE GREAT....

This is the best, most amazing diner I have ever eaten at. Elegant pancakes and the brown sticky goodness they have as a syrup. The waitress was also very beautiful. Bathrooms amazingly clean and white.

For years, the only place I would order pancakes was IHOP. However, during the past 8 years or so, I’ve noticed a definite change in the flavor consistency and size of the pancakes and stopped ordering them. This week, I decided to try the new apple cinnamon pecan pancakes. What a most pleasant surprise! The pancakes were light and fluffy and flavorful. I ordered pick up and the toppings on the side. I was very happy I did because the toppings were sweet and I had control of the amount I wanted. I will definitely order them again soon and hope they remain on the menu. I’m still not sure I will try the other pancakes because I’m afraid they will not have changed. I wish ihop would stick with pancakes which made them famous and forget jumping on the latest fad in food. I only gave 4 stars because I’m not sure all of the pancakes are improved or just this one!!

Went to the IHOP off Daniel Webster Highway in New Hampshire this morning for breakfast, 3/30/24. We had Amanda as a waitress and she was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, attentive and personable. We will definitely be back.

In 40 + Years I have never had a server ask me if I wanted my syrup heated! ** was the most polite, attentive, and efficient waiter I have had in ANY restaurant I have eaten at. That young man had the hustle to wait on us (party of 5) and three other tables. We arrived around 9:30 and were immediately seated. This young man deserves a bonus for his service and attitude and should be teaching the rest of the crews. We have a person in our party with Gluten issues. He knew his menu and went overboard to make sure her order was not only fixed right but went the extra mile in getting her to-go container fixed right and with EXTRA dressing. We are so pleased with the team at this location> IHOP # 1924, Selma, Texas. Ticket **. Alan **.

I went to the IHOP at 5985 University Pkwy, Winston Salem, NC 27105, during no busy times. I was seated immediately with menus. And then for 10 minutes I got to watch a parade of just about every single employee walk by my aisle, look at me and continue on. So after 15 minutes of not even being asked what I wanted to drink or what my order is. Having never seen my waiter/ress visit my table in a very nonbusy restaurant I ended up leaving to go find a restaurant that actually wanted my money. I guess single males are considered workless here. This occurred at 8:15 am, Friday, June 14, 2024.

I have given the IHOP at 5525 Baltimore National Pike several tries & this last attempt to get food was a failure. My order, Ham & Cheese on white toast sandwich only mayo. I also order an order of French Toast. I made my order in store. I sat for almost 20 min before I asked the lady about my order. She brings me my order & I checked it & there was no French toast. I was charged $20.85 for the order. I asked where the French toast was & another 10 min passed before the manager came. At this point I just wanted my money back. This is the second time so I'm done with this location.

Was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Restaurant was one fourth full, had to wait on seating. They was wanting to put 6 people in a booth when tables were open. All of the food we ordered was wrong or did not get.

Compared to my order today 8 years ago, the pancakes I eat at IHOP were as good as any other. Every time I drove by IHOP I would want to go in and order dinner. Thinking it would be like grandma's pot roast and scrumptious mash potatoes. It would be difficult to put into words how HORRIBLE the meal was. The only good thing is that the portions was tiny, because if I had eaten more, I would have puked. The watery cheese would not adhere to the macaroni. The watery mash potatoes deserve a name change to Potato drink. The Pot Roast was factory freeze dried, then thawed to a bland and watery filler meat. But still you're going to have to try it for yourself. Ha' I told you so.
